Prairie, mountains, grasslands, solitary oaks, and dusty roads—all behind locked gates, with easy access and established roads for productions of all sizes.

Our ~1,000 acres include a dramatic mountain above Ojai, pastures with 180-degree views of the Topa Topa Mountains and Chief’s Peak, and the famed Pink Moment.

Straight dirt roads across open land. Oak-lined mountain trails. Natural springs, creeks, a large pond, hiking trails, and boulders. Antique barns, farmhouses, fields, and hundreds of oak trees.
