We’ve got it all - prairie, mountains, grasslands, solitary oaks and lots of dusty highways.
Our ~1,000 acres includes Lion Mountain that overlooks Ojai, huge pastures with 180-degree views of the Topa Topa mountains, Chief’s Peak and Ojai’s famous “pink moment”, miles of dirt roads, natural springs, lone oak trees, creeks, antique barns and farmhouses, a large pond, wide open spaces and much more.
RMR provides locations for productions of all sizes, with easy access and established roads.
Our roads include straight stretches surrounded by wide open space, oak-lined dirt mountain S-curves, all hidden behind locked gates. We offer sheep, goats, chickens, pastures, fields, natural springs, hiking trails, large boulders, barns and hundreds of oak trees. Horses, streams and wildflowers are seasonally available.
